Recent NHS England update regarding increase in urgent dental care

NHS England recently released an urgent dental care incentive scheme which runs until 31 March 2026. This is to help address the restrictions patients face when attempting to access urgent dental care in England.

Here at Hook Lane Dental Practice, we pride ourselves on being able to provide urgent dental care to our existing and new patients without this incentive scheme.

We aim to provide this within 36hrs of contacting us, during our opening hours. Most of our patients received same day urgent dental care. Patients can book either online via our website or by calling our friendly and trained reception team.

We have a range of NHS clinicians available Monday to Friday, and our reception team can assist you from 8.30am weekdays.

When the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 for urgent dental care.

Nervous Dental Patients

We provide dental treatment under SEDATION for those patients who are not huge fans of the dental practice and nervous. Talk with any member of the team for more information.
