Great practice - everyone is friendly and professional

have been attending Hook Lane Dental Care for many many years, and cannot rate them highly enough. Thoroughly recommended! *Edit following my recent appointment Nov 2022* Over the years, I have got many family members to register and attend Hook Lane Dental Practice for their oral health as well as several friends. They are all big fans of the practice too. The whole experience is first class. Keep up the great work!

I have always found the service and the staff at the practice very good. The electronic forms sent to complete prior to your appointment streamline the paperwork to make booking in easier. I was very pleased they were able to provide me with an appointment and recomend treatment for a recent problem at short notice.

Fantastic team here, i am a terribly nervous client and they are amazing with me, big shout to Natalie Tran & Dr Sanobar Bhaiwala ..... can't reccomend them enough 🙂

They go above and beyond to put you at ease during your visit to the surgery and to assist you where needed. I have had several appointments over the past months with Natalie the hygienist and her assistant Charlotte they are both super friendly and put my mind at ease while talking me through my treatment. They are a great team for anyone who is a nervous patient I would defiantly recommend them.

Ive visited hook lane dental a few times over the last month, for a check up and then for further treatments. The receptionists are always polite and professional and try to help in any way they can. Ive seen dr kishan vagadia twice in the last few weeks, 1 for a check up and to speak about an issue ive had. Dr vagadia listened to my concerns, informed me of several options for treatment, and has also referred me for wisdom tooth removal at the hospital. He is extremely patient, especially because im petrified of dentists due to bad experiences at another surgery years before. I returned on tuesday 23rd to have a guard mould taken and also botox for my masseter muscle due to teeth clenching and TMD. He really is the best dentist ive seen, he explains everything he is doing, is extremely friendly and kind. I also saw Natalie Tran for my hygeniest appointment on Friday 26th August. Ive never seen Natalie before, but i must say she is soooo lovely, she introduced herself and her dental nurse and explained what we would be doing in the appointment. I let Natalie know that i was currently suffering with my TMD symptoms, and she was so kind, told me to take as many breaks as i needed and not to worry. Natalie is a really lovely lady. In my opinion Dr Vagadia, Natalie Tran, the dental nurses and receptionists are a credit to Hook Lane Dental practice. I travel from Chatham to Welling to attend this dental practice, because in my opinion it is the best.
